I received excellent customer service from the artist. My first pin was lost in the mail, I contacted her and received a new one at no charge within three days. Working st a restaurant in the airport I like to add pins to my lanyard for my own unique touch to the uniform..I get so many compliments from guests telling me how different and cool the pin is. Very unique and also high quality. Being a server I am quite rough on my uniform and this little guy is holding up very nicely.
